Nobody really reads journal entries so if you're reading this, you've got a very special place in my heart.

For the past week I've been compiling my portfolio for the Blue Sky Design internship, so I haven't had the energy or room in my brain to think about deviant art. Now that I'm done, I'm gonna upload my portfolio onto deviantart and hopefully get a lot of hits!

On another note. It feels so strange to be done with this large chunk of work. It's like your whole life's purpose for the last week has been to draw, and to design and to be artistic. Now that I'm done, I no longer have a definitive goal to reach in the near future and that's a strange feeling.

Despite all the stress that comes with having a deadline for a huge project, it feels good. You have a direction and until the deadline is met, that's all you're concerned with. No time for loneliness, laziness or procrastination. No time to think about what you're missing out on, or what you're gonna wear, or sometimes even personal hygiene. It's called passion and it's something that we should all have. For something. Being passionate means living.
